I'm a Paris and Berlin-based curator and writer. My work observes and attends to the strange emerging effects of networked culture and technology on society. Recently, I curated That's Hot at Tropez (Berlin), where I examined tactics for manoeuvring through, rather than against, the metrics and logics of the digital long established. This project culminated in three events: GIRLRAGE , GIRLMATH and GIRLCOT .
In 2023, I launched The well tempered, an ongoing curatorial programme on atmospheres after nature, inspired by weather modification projects. Within this project I curated performance and exhibition programmes at Espace Niemeyer (Paris), soft power (Berlin), Frac Île-de-France and Fondation Fiminco (both Romainville).
My curatorial B-side, Fatal & Fallen, is a touring programme on Revenge. Fatal & Fallen was presented at Asian Film Archive (Singapore), Sinema transtopia (Berlin), Taiwan Film and Audiovisual Institute (Taipei) and will soon be shown at Nguyen Art Foundation (Saigon).
I have been part of the curatorial team for transmediale festival (Berlin) for the 2021-22, 2023 and 2024 editions, and I am currently curator of the 15th Gwangju biennale (Gwangju). I have written reviews and essays for Momus, frieze, The White Review, Art Monthly, THE SEEN, diaCRITICS Los Angeles Review of Books and AQNB, amongst others.
The well tempered (TwT) is an evolving curatorial project examining passive absorption—both chemical and informational. From the planned and unplanned redistribution of elements within our chemosphere to the ways power structures exert influence through ambient design, the programme explores the atmospheric dimensions of toxic regimes. Framing the atmosphere as simultaneously meteorological, social, geophysical, and political, TwT invites artists and thinkers to investigate how we might understand, sense, and live within unstable chemosphere and volatile systems. Curated programmes include Sérum Radiance, an exhibition at Frac Île-de-France and Les Réserves (Romainville); evenings of performances such as Omen Central at Soft Power (Berlin) and Daisy World at Espace Niemeyer (Paris).
